GARNER products are the most worthy line of cold meat produced at NIK-POL.

Meat for the production of garner cold meat is delivered from the best farms which are subject to constant care and control, starting from the stage of a piglet, up to the point of slaughtering. All products are marinated and the marinating period amounts to 12 to 18 days, depending on the type of meat.

Production only includes natural ingredients, such as pepper, garlic, salt, which are milled and added directly before production. We do not use frozen meat, thus obtaining additional value of taste and an unparalleled brittleness of the cold meat.

In order to produce 1 kg of garner ham, we use 1.3 kg of fresh meat.
